Free shipping applies to all itemsmarked as free shipping and to all orders above $180. On all other purchases,we have a flat shipping fee.

Surcharges on expedited arrivaldates are as following:

·        $10 – 18 days

·        $15 – 15 days

·        a $5 discount applies if you choose to have youritem delivered within 30 days.

During holiday seasons, the expeditedshipping option might not be available as we aren’t fully staffed, or theshipping company notifies us regarding delays. In case your delivery date fallson a public holiday (e.g. New Year, Easter, Christmas) your parcel will bedelivered the day after the holidays end.

The delivery fee and product price donot include VAT or Customs Duties, you might be asked by the local Customs topay for those upon receiving your parcel. To get a refund on VAT and CustomsDuties, you have to fill out a form, in the UK it’s BOR286 or C285, dependingupon who delivered the goods to you.
